At BeighTech Automations LLC, we are committed to client satisfaction. This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our consulting services.
2. Initial Consultations
Initial consultations are offered free of charge and do not require payment. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for consultation sessions.
3. Project Deposits
Project deposits are required to secure your engagement and begin work. Deposit refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before work begins: Full refund of deposit if cancellation occurs before project commencement
- After work begins: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, but may be applied to future services
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services according to the following terms:
- Notice period: 14 days written notice required for cancellation
- Work completed: Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Scheduled meetings: 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without charge
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as specified in the service agreement
- Cancellation occurs before work commencement (deposit only)
- Duplicate payment was made in error
- Technical issues prevented service delivery and could not be resolved
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed consulting hours and services
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of client
- Custom development work that has been delivered
- Training sessions that have been conducted
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your invoice number and reason for refund request
- We will review and respond within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with clients to find satisfactory solutions before considering refund requests.
9. Service Modifications
If project scope changes after commencement:
- Additional fees may apply for expanded scope
- Reduced scope may result in partial refund at our discretion
- All modifications must be agreed upon in writing
10. Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription-based services (if applicable):
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
