1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BeighTech Automations LLC ("BeighTech AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

BeighTech AI provides AI automation consulting services and related business activities, including but not limited to:

• AI strategy consulting and planning
• Process automation implementation
• Custom AI solution development
• Data analytics and insights
• Training and support services
• Implementation and integration services

3. Service Engagement

All consulting services are provided based on mutually agreed-upon terms outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be specified in writing before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Initial consultations may be offered free of charge
• Project-based work requires a deposit before commencement
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in custom solutions developed specifically for clients will be transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of BeighTech AI.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business operations. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeighTech AI provides consulting services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ingham County, Michigan.
